The applicant has applied to the Licensing Authority to vary the premises licence for the above premises as follows:
1. To extend and make alterations to the premises.
2. To vary the licence conditions.
Any person or responsible authority (as defined by the Licensing Act 2003) may make representations to the Licensing Authority no later than 24 February 2026.
Any representations made to the Licensing Authority must be in writing to the address above or by email to licensing@plymouth.gov.uk
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is an unlimited fine.
