Application for a Variation of a Premises Licence
I/ We Nicholas Edwards have applied to South Staffordshire Council to Vary a Premises Licence for: The Fox Inn, Bridgnorth Road, Stourton, DY7 5BL.
So that the following licensable activities may be provided on the following days hours: To play recorded music indoors Monday to Sunday 11pm-2am.

to arrange inspection of the application details. Any representations against the application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Team at the above address, by no later than the 00/00/2026.
Individuals, businesses and other bodies may make representations in relation to the application. Representations must be relevant and can only be on the licensing objectives of the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance, and the protection of children from harm. Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant. Persons making representations will have to appear at the Council's Licensing Sub-Committee. Note: It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to £5,000 for a person to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
