PUBLIC NOTICE LICENSING ACT 2003

To whom it may concern: I: Graham Hudson, do hereby give notice that I have applied to the

Licensing Authority at East Devon District Council for a variation of Premises Licence at: Kings Arms Hotel, Gold Street, Ottery St Mary, Devon, EX11 1DG and known as: Kings Arms Hotel

The application is to: Add opening and closing hours to the premises licence.

Reduce the hours for New Years Eve.

Reduce the hours for live and recorded music on a Friday and Saturday.

Remove existing conditions on Annexe 2 and replace with new up to date conditions. Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Manager, East Devon District Council, Blackdown House, Border Road, Heathpark Industrial Estate, Honiton, EX14 1EJ not later than: 24 February 2026.

Representations received after this date cannot be considered. All representations MUST BE IN WRITING

A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address during normal office hours or on the Council's website: www.eastdevon.gov.uk/licensing/

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
