Notice of Application for Premises Licence

I, Aleksandra Szkurlat, hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect of Be My Guest Cafe, 205 Hamlet Court Road, Westcliffe on Sea, SS0 7EL.

The relevant licensable activities which it is proposed to be carried on are the sale of alcohol on the premises seven days a week from 9:00am to 4:00pm. The opening hours of the premises will be from 8:30am to 4:00pm.

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Southend-on-Sea City Council). All such representations shall be made in writing by 20.02.2026. Representations should be sent to the Licensing Authority, Southend-on-Sea City Council, Civic Centre, Victoria Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, Essex, SS2 6ZG, or emailed to licact2003@southend.gov.uk

A record of the application, and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council’s office address given above between 10:00am and 4:00pm on Mondays to Fridays, or viewed on the Council website at www.southend.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 on the standard scale.
