Licensing Act 2003: Application to vary Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Punch Taverns Limited has applied in respect
of Horseley Tavern 238 Horseley Heath Tipton DY4 7QT for an application
to vary the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the
following: This is an application to vary the premises licence to permit the
premises to open 10:00 every day of the week. (currently 11:00 & Sunday
12:00). To extend sale of alcohol and licensable activities already permitted
on the licence 10:00 every day of the week. (currently 11:00 & Sunday
12:00). To also extend Sunday hour for sale of alcohol and licensable
activities already permitted on the licence until 23:00 (currently 22:30) with
a 30 minute drinking up time. All conditions currently permitted by the
licence are to remain unchanged. A record of the application may be
inspected at General Licensing Team, Sandwell Council House, Freeth
Street, Oldbury, B69 3DE, during normal office hours Monday to Friday.
