What is proposed?

Notice is hereby given that We, Leeds Pride Community Group Limited, have made an application under section 17 of part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the grant of a premises license for the premises known as Leeds Pride, Lower Briggate, Commercial/Heatons Court, Leeds City Centre. We intend to conduct the following licensable activities on or from the premises: Sale by retail of Alcohol (on sales): 10.00 to 23.00 Saturday. Live music, recorded music, exhibition of film, performance of plays, performance of dance or anything of a similar description to the above (all indoors and outdoors): 10.00 to 23.00 Saturday.
This is for the Leeds Pride Saturday event only.
Subject to the following terms: CCTV, Challenge 21, incident register, litter clearance and SAG engagement.
Responsible authorities or any other person may make written representations to Leeds City Council about this application until 26th February 2026 which should be sent to Entertainment Licensing, Leeds City Council, Civic Hall, Leeds, LS1 1UR.
