Notice is hereby given that Basilico Ltd (the applicant) has applied to the City of Westminster for a variation of their premises licence for: Basilico, Basement And Ground Floor, 45 Crawford Street, London W1H 1JX The variation details, as outlined on the application form, are: To vary Late Night Refreshment to 01:30 on Sunday to Thursday and 02:00 on Friday and Saturday.   To view this application and its supporting documents please visit https://www.westminster.gov.uk/licensing/ view-licence-applications-and-temporary-event-notices and then click on the ‘search applications’ button.  A new window will appear and the application reference should then be entered into the search field. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
