What is proposed?

APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

AB CUISINE LTD is applying for the GRANT of a Premises Licence at: 93 NEWHALL STREET, BIRMINGHAM, B3 1LH

If granted, the application will allow the following licensable activities:

• Sale of Alcohol (on the premises) Monday to Sunday: 11:00 - 23:00

• Recorded Music (indoors) Monday to Sunday: 11:00 - 23:00

Representations must be received within 28 consecutive days from the day after the application was submitted.

The last day for making representations is: 24th February 2026

It is an offence, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
