What is proposed?

OFFICIAL NOTICE - LICENSING ACT 2003
APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

I Brett Taylor have applied to SOUTH STAFFORDSHIRE COUNCIL for a premises licence for: Hideaway Edge, Church Road, Kinver, DY7 6HX.
So that the following licensable activities may be provided on the following days and hours:
Supply of alcohol (on the premises): Monday–Sunday 11:00–23:00 (1 April–31 October).
Provision of plays, films, live music, recorded music, performance of dance and entertainment of a similar description: Monday–Sunday 09:00–23:00 (Indoors and Outdoors).
Non-Standard Timings: To allow for a maximum of 12 event days per year, including up to 2 events outside the core April–October season to include the supply of alcohol.

to arrange inspection of the application details. Any representations against the application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Team at the above address, by no later than Monday 23rd February 2026. Individuals, businesses and other bodies may make representations in relation to the application. Representations must be relevant and can only be on the licensing objectives of the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance, and the protection of children from harm. Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant. Persons making representations will have to appear at the Councils’ Licensing Sub-Committee.
Note: It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to £5,000 for a person to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
