What is proposed?

A Public Notice for the Purposes of Section 121
of The Charities Act 2011

Canal & River Trust acting as Trustee of the
Waterways Infrastructure Trust (charity registration number
1146792-2) (the Charity) gives notice that the Charity
proposes to grant the right to install a new surface water
discharge into the Lancaster Canal near Sea View
Drive, Hest Bank, Morecambe. The plan to this notice
can be viewed on the Charity’s web page:

notices. Alternatively, a copy of the plan may be requested

in writing. The Trustee of the Charity has been approached
with a request to grant this right over the Charity’s property.
Any representations or comments in relation to the
proposed transaction should be sent for consideration to the
