What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

NOTICE is given that Anna Czajka has applied to Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of 75 Wales Road, Rotherham S26 6RA. The application seeks consent to allow the:
 The sale of alcohol on every day of the week between 12 noon and 9.30pm;
 Recorded music on every day of the week between 9am and 10pm; and
 Live music & the performance of dance on Friday & Saturday between 6pm and 9.30pm.
It is open to any person to make representations to the application. Representations, which can be for or against the application, should be delivered to the Licensing Manager, Riverside House, Main Street, Rotherham, S60 1AE or emailed to

licensing@rotherham.gov.uk

The last date for the receipt of representations is 20th February 2026.
Any person wishing to view the Licensing Register may do so by visiting the Council’s website,

www.rotherham.gov.uk/licensing


It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to an unlimited fine.
