TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN. We Zio and Co
(Shoreham) Ltd., of Suites 2 & 3 Marine Trades
Centre East Lockside, Brighton Marina Village,
Brighton, East Sussex, United Kingdom, BN2 5HA,
do hereby give notice that on the 19th of January
2026 we served application on Adur & Worthing
Councils and the relevant authorities for a new
premises licence on the premises known as Café
Zio, situated at 2 Tarmount Lane, Shoreham by
Sea, BN43 6DA.
A) The application is to allow the following
Licensable activities: The Sale of Alcohol.
B) The application seeks to allow Licensable
activities to be conducted between the hours of:
10:00hrs and 21:00hrs Monday to Sunday.
Any person who desires to make representations
on to the said grant should set out, in writing, a
brief statement of the grounds of his/her objection
on and send to: The Licensing Unit, Adur &
Worthing Councils, Worthing Town Hall, Chapel
Road, Worthing, West Sussex, BN11 1HA.
Representations must reach the Licensing Unit no
later than: 16th of February 2026. The application
may be viewed, in full, at the above offices
between the hours of 9.00am and 4.00pm Monday
