APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Flow Solutions Group Limited has applied to Calderdale Council for a Premises Licence in respect of the premises located at:
Unit K, Foundry Street, Brighouse, HD6 1LT
The application is to authorise the storage, packing, and distribution of alcohol products supplied by clients, including the sale of alcohol for dispatch off the premises, during the following operating hours:
Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 17:00
A copy of the application can be inspected at the offices of Calderdale Council’s Licensing Unit during normal office hours or via the council’s website.
Any person wishing to make a representation regarding this application must do so in writing to:
Licensing Unit, Calderdale Council, Town Hall, Halifax, HX1 1UJ
Representations must be received no later than 28 days from the date of this notice.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. A person guilty of such an offence may be liable on summary conviction to a fine.
