Notice is hereby given that Heron Foods Limited has applied to Hull City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as Heron Foods, 288-290 Hessle Road, Hull, HU3 3EA.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are the sale of alcohol off the premises Monday to Sunday 08:00 to 20:00.
The opening hours of the premises are Monday to Sunday 08:00 to 20:00.
Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by the Licensing Section, Hull City Council, 33 Witham, Hull, HU9 1DB, or by email to liquor@hullcc.gov.uk, no later than 18 February 2026 stating the grounds for objection.
The register of Hull City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, by appointment only (Tel: 01482 615 462) or by visiting the council’s website – www.hull.gov.uk.
