Notice is hereby given that: Haven Leisure Limited of the following address: 1 Park Lane, Hemel Hempstead, HP2 4YL is applying for a Bingo Premises Licence under section 159 of the Gambling Act 2005. The application relates to the following premises: Capones, Devon Cliffs Holiday Park, Sandy Bay, Exmouth, EX8 5BT. The application has been made to: East Devon Licensing Authority, The Licensing Manager, East Devon District Council, Council Offices, Blackdown House, Border Road, Heathpark Industrial Estate, Honiton, EX14 1EJ.
