Application for a Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Nestcare Limited, has applied to Erewash Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of: Market Inn / Shakers Bar, Market Place, Ilkeston, Derbyshire DE7 5QA

The application seeks to vary the premises licence by:

• revising and replacing the existing licence conditions contained within Annex 2 and Annex 3 and

• amending the permitted hours for licensable activities and opening of the premises as follows; Supply of Alcohol and Regulated Entertainment

• Sunday to Thursday: 08:00 hours to 00:00 hours (Close at 00:30)

• Friday and Saturday: 08:00 hours to 02:00 hours (Close at 02:30) Non-Standard Timings

• For all Sundays preceding a Bank Holiday Monday and all UK Bank Holidays, including Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year's Eve, licensable activities are proposed until 03:00 hours.

• During the annual Ilkeston Charter Fair, licensable activities are proposed until 02:00 hours.

Any person who wishes to make any representations regarding this application should submit their comments in writing to the above address, no later than Friday 20th February 2026.

It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Those that make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
