Notice is hereby given that Melissa Simons has applied to Havant Borough Council for a premises licence in respect of: Giftpro, Ground Floor, Wellington Gate, Silverthorne Way, Waterlooville, PO7 7XY
The licensable activities proposed to be carried on at the premises are: The sale of alcohol by retail (off-sales only, via online sales and delivery).
The application can be inspected at Havant Borough Council, Civic Offices, Civic Centre Road, Havant, PO9 2AX, or via the Council’s licensing website during normal office hours.
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application must do so in writing to Havant Borough Council by 18 February 2026.
It is an offence, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
