NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE
Fireaway, 25 The Parade, Staines Road West, Sunbury-On-Thames TW16 7AB
Notice is given that Fireaway Sunbury-on-Thames Ltd has applied to Spelthorne Borough Council Licensing Authority to vary a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003. Variation of:
1) LATE NIGHT REFRESHMENT HOURS REDUCTION TO: 23:00 to 03:00
2) REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS 10, 11 and 12
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must write to the: Spelthorne Borough Council, Licensing Section, Knowle Green, Staines TW18 1XB or by email to licensing@spelthorne.gov.uk or by visiting the authority website: https://www.spelthorne.gov.uk/page/608/premises-licences
Representation must be made no later than 16th February 2026
Representations received after this date will not be considered. The application record and register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000)
