NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE
PREMISES: Say When, 109-111 High Street, Gosforth, Newcastle NE3 1HA Notice is given that Joseph Daniel Brack applied to Newcastle City Council on 20th January 2026 to vary a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 as follows: - 1. To extend finish time for supply of alcohol, films and recorded music to 00:00 hours daily. 2. To extend finish time for late night refreshment to 00:30 hours daily. 3. To show opening times as ending at 00:30 hours daily. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Authority, Newcastle City Council, Public Safety and Regulation, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8QH Representations must be received by 18th February 2026. The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at https://portal.newcastle.gov.uk It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
