What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Wagamama Limited has applied to North Tyneside Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Wagamama, Unit A Silverlink Leisure Park, North Shields, NE28 9ND.

The proposed licensable activities and their hours are:

Sale of alcohol (on and off the premises) from 10:00 hours until 00:00 hours (midnight) Monday to Sunday.

Late night refreshment (indoors and outdoors) from 23:00 hours until 00:00 hours (midnight) Monday to Sunday.

Opening hours from 10:00 hours until 00:30 hours the following day Monday to Sunday.

Additional nonstandard timings on New Year’s Eve as detailed in the application.

Any representations regarding the abovementioned application must be received in writing by Licensing, North Tyneside Council, The Killingworth Site, Harvey Combe, Killingworth, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE12 6UB no later than 12th February 2026 stating the grounds for representation.

The register of North Tyneside Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, Monday to Friday 09:30 hours to 16:00 hours or on the council’s website - www.northtyneside.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
