Marston's PLC - Fleetwood Road North - Variation to Premises Licence
What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by Marston's PLC to the
Licensing Authority of Wyre Borough Council to vary the
Premises Licence for the Gardeners Arms at 118 Fleetwood
Road North, Thornton Cleveleys, Lancashire, FY5 4BL.
The application includes the following terms:- 1. Variation
to change the internal and external layout of the premises
as per the drawing deposited with the Licensing Authority.
2. To add live and recorded music externally from 10:00 to
00:00 daily. 3. To add the licensable activity of dancing
internally for the same hours as recorded music. 4. To
amend Anex 2 conditions 12 and 13. Full details of the
Application and the drawing can be viewed at the offices
of the Licensing Authority at Wyre Borough Council, Civic
Centre, Breck Road, Poulton Le Flyde, Lancashire,
FY6 7PU. A responsible authority or any other person can
make written representations to the Licensing Authority at
any time up to and including 10th February 2026

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make
a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
