Proposed opening hours to the public: Monday–Thursday 12:00–11:00, Friday 12.00–11:00, Saturday 12:00–11:00, Sunday 12:00-11:00. A record of the application may be inspected at the Licensing Department, Wakefield Council, Wakefield One, PO Box 700, Burton Street, Wakefield WF1 2EB during normal office hours, or via the online licensing register at

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; a person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
