NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A
PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Central England Co-
operative Limited has applied to The Licensing Authority

at Milton Keynes City Council on 16th January 2026 for
the variation of the Premises Licence for the Central
England Co-operative, Unit 1, Glebe Farm Local Centre,
Payne Road, Wavendon, Milton Keynes, MK17 8EX. The
Application is to vary the hours for opening and the supply
of alcohol for consumption off the premises on Mondays
to Sundays from 06:00-23:00. Full details of the application
can be viewed via The Licensing Register at Civic (see
address below). This is accessible Mondays to Thursday
between the hours of 9am to 5pm, and Fridays 9am to 4pm

representations either against or in support of the
application in writing to be received no later than 13th

Representations received in response to this application will
ordinarily be made available for public inspection,
including disclosure to the applicant and any relevant

Representations must relate to one or more of the licensing

public safety, or protection of children from harm.)
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with this application. The
maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary
conviction for this offence is unlimited.
