GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Saints Bar and Hub Limited, 2 St Mary’s Gate, Chesterfield, S41 7TH Has applied to Chesterfield Borough Council for a Premises Licence in respect of the premises.
The relevant licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on or from the premises are: Daily 0900 0200 , Alcohol on/off, Indoor films, live, recorded music, dance.
Daily 2300 -0200 late night refreshment

Any interested party or responsible authority who wishes to make representations to Chesterfield Borough Council must do so no later than 13/02/2026 and such representations must be made in writing and addressed to The Licensing Section, Town Hall, Rose Hill, Chesterfield S40 1LP.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000.
