Notice is hereby given that Verdant Leisure 2 Limited has
applied in respect of Riverside Leisure Park South Road
Wooler Northumberland NE71 6QG for an application to
vary the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to
permit the following: This is an application to change the
layout and design of the premises in accordance with the
submitted plan, drawing number 904-12. The changes
consist of the extension of the licensable area, this is to now
include the external area at the front of the swimming pool,
internal refurbishments that include moving the kitchen
area, removal of the wall opening the entertainment and bar
lounge into one, adding an arcade to the rear,
reconfiguration of the bar and general refurbishments. All
conditions, hours and activities currently permitted by the
licence are to remain unchanged. Closing date for
representations is the end of 12 February 2026. All
comments about the application must be made in writing
