What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 – NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Shhh Club Ltd has applied to Central Bedfordshire Council for a Premises Licence for Ampthill Great Park, Woburn Street, Ampthill, Bedford MK45.

The application is to allow:
Sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises: 14:00 to 23:00 (Fri & Sat)
- Live music: 14:00 to 23:00 (Sat)
- Recorded music (DJs): 14:00 to 23:00 (Fri & Sun) for a ticketed outdoor festival with a maximum capacity of 2,500 persons.

Full details may be inspected at Central Bedfordshire Council, Licensing Team, Priory House, Monks Walk, Chicksands, Shefford, Bedfordshire SG17 5TQ or online.

Representations must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority by 28 days from submission.

It is an offence to knowingly make a false statement in connection with this application, punishable on conviction by an unlimited fine.
