What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003: Application for Variation of a
Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Henley Retail PR Limited has
applied to Peterborough City Council for the variation of
the Premises Licence for One Stop, 227 – 229 St Pauls
Road, Peterborough PE1 3EG. The proposed application is
to extend the hours for the sale of alcohol from 00:00 until
24:00 on Mondays to Sundays, to amend the plans as
deposited and also to replace the current Conditions with
those attached to the application. Any person who wishes
to make a representation in relation to this application must
give notice in writing of their representation by 10th
February 2026 stating the ground for making said
representation to: Licensing Unit, Peterborough City
Council, Sand Martin House, Fletton Quays, Peterborough
PE2 8TY or by email to

licensing@peterborough.gov.uk.

The public register where applications are available to be
viewed by members of the public can be accessed at the
above address for the Licensing Unit during normal office
hours or online via

www.peterborough.gov.uk.


The Licensing Authority must receive representations by
the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have
regard to any such representation in considering the
application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the
Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in or in connection with an application for
Premises Licence and there is an unlimited fine on being
convicted of such offence.
