What is proposed?

Notice is hereby given We Tesco Stores Limited
have made an application under section 17 of part
3 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the grant of a
premises licence for the premises known as: 22
Headingley Central, Otley Road, Headingley,
Leeds, LS6 2UE. We intend to conduct on or from
the premises the following licensable activities:
The provision of late-night refreshment (indoors)
on the following days: Monday-Sunday, 23:00-
00:00. The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption
off the premises on the following days: MondaySunday, 06:00-00:00.
Interested parties or responsible authorities (within
the meaning of the Act) may make written
representations to Leeds City Council about this
application until 10/02/2026 which should be sent
to the following address: Entertainment Licensing,
Leeds City Council, Civic Hall, Leeds, LS1 1UR.
