Notice is hereby given that the Cue and Arrow Ltd has applied in respect of Leighton Snooker Centre, 6 Dudley Street, Leighton Buzzard LU7 1SE, for the variation of a premise licence under the licensing act 2003 to allow for the playing of live music at set times, and allowing children in the bar during certain times. Representations to this application must be made in writing to the licensing team at Central Bedfordshire District Council at Thorn Turn, Grendall Lane, Houghton Regis LU5 6GJ. It is an offence liable on summary conviction to maximum fine of £5000 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
