What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 – APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

I, Mustafa Ergun, have applied to Hastings Borough Council to vary the premises licence for Shish Kebap, 42 Robertson Street, Hastings, TN34 1HL. The proposed variation is: to extend the hours for Late Night Refreshment and opening hours to 03:00 hours each day (every day of the week).
Any person wishing to make representations in respect of this application should do so in writing to: Licensing Team, Hastings Borough Council, Muriel Matters House, Breeds Place, Hastings, TN34 3UY, or by email to

licensing@hastings.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, punishable on summary conviction by a fine.
