TO : WHOM IT MAY CONCERN We Shifty Events Limited do hereby serve notice on 06th January 2026 that it is our intention to apply to Eastbourne Borough Council for the grant of a new premises licence certificate to use or permit the use of premises known as Princes Park, Channel View Road, Eastbourne, BN22 7LL
for the following licensable activities or proposed variation: The provision of regulated entertainment of live music indoors and outdoors between the hours of 10:00am and 23:00 on one Saturday in August and between the hours of 10:00am and 22:00 on one Sunday in August. The provision of regulated entertainment of recorded music indoors and outdoors between the hours of 10:00am and 23:00 on one Saturday in August and between the hours of 10:00am and 22:00 on one Sunday in August. The supply of alcohol between the hours of between the hours of 10:00am and 23:00 on one Saturday in August and between the hours of 10:00am and 22:00 on one Sunday in August.
