What is proposed?

PUBLIC NOTICE – LICENSING ACT 2003

Take notice that LCR Operations Ltd
has applied to Burnley Borough Council under the
Licensing Act 2003 for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as Park Life Café Towneley Park, Burnley, BB11 3RQ
The proposed application is as follows:-
The serving of alcohol during the normal trading hours, limited to the hours of 11am – 8pm
The place where the record of the application may be inspected and where the register of the Licensing Authority is kept can be found here:

An interested party or responsible authority may make a representation in writing to The Principal Licensing Officer, Burnley Borough Council Licensing Unit, 1st Floor Parker Lane, Burnley, Lancashire, BB11 2DT or by email to

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on conviction for this offence is an unlimited fine.
