So that the following licensable activities may be provided on the following days and hours:
SALE OF ALCOHOL, PROVISION OF LIVE MUSIC, RECORDED MUSIC, PERFORMANCES OF DANCE PROVISION OF ANYTHING OF A SIMILAR DESCRIPTION TO LIVE MUSIC, RECORDED MUSIC OR PERFORMANCES OF DANCE Monday to Friday 12 – 5pm Saturday & Sunday 12 – 9pm FROM MIDDAY TO 9PM ONCE A YEAR FESTIVAL MIDDAY TO 9PM UP TO 6 OTHER FAMILY FRIENDLY DAYTIME EVENTS MIDDAY TO 5PM

to arrange inspection of the application details. Any representations against the application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Team at the above address, by no later than the 9th February 2026
Individuals, businesses and other bodies may make representations in relation to the application. Representations must be relevant and can only be on the licensing objectives of the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance, and the protection of children from harm. Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant. Persons making representations will have to appear at the Councils’ Licensing Sub-Committee.
Note: It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to £5,000 for a person to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
