Notice is hereby given that Mr Kastriot Hasanaj has applied under section 17 of part 3 of the Licensing Act to Leeds City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as: Sambuca Ristorante Italiano, 2 Queens Place, Morley, Leeds, LS27 8HG.
Sale of alcohol Monday to Sunday 12.00 – 00.00. Regulated entertainment hours: Monday – Sunday, 12.00 to 00.00.
Inspection of the Application: A record of the application can be inspected at the offices of Leeds City Council during normal office hours or on the council's website or contact by email

entertainment.licensing@leeds.gov.uk

Representations: Any person wishing to make a representation about this application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority no later than: 05/02/2026. Representations must relate to one or more of the four licensing objectives: Prevention of crime and disorder, Public safety, Prevention of public nuisance, Protection of children from harm.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
