APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

I, Amanda Large have applied to North East Derbyshire District Council to Vary a Premises Licence for St Barnabas Community Church Centre, Pilsley Road, Danesmoor Chesterfield S45 9BU To extend the current licence to cover all the rooms at the centre and the grounds. & to amend the following hours; Live Music & Recorded Music (Indoors) Monday to Thursday 10:00 to 23:00, Friday & Saturday 10:00 to 01:00 Sunday 10:00 to 22:00, Late Night Refreshment (both) Monday to Thursday 23:00 to 23:30 Friday & Saturday 23:00 to 01:00 Sunday 23:00 to 23:30 Supply of Alcohol (on the premises) Monday to Thursday 11:00 to 23:30 Friday & Saturday 11:00 to 00:30 Sunday 11:00 to 23:30
Any person intending to make a relevant representations on this application should submit them in writing by not later than 30th Janurary 2026 to the Licensing Officer, Licensing Section, North East Derbyshire District Council, District Council Offices, Mill Lane, Wingerwortth, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, S42 6NG or by e-mailing

licensing@ne-derbyshire.gov.uk.

The full application may be viewed at the above offices between 10.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday. You will need to contact the Licensing Section beforehand on 01246 217884 / 217885 to arrange an appointment.
IT IS AN OFFENCE, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for which you may be liable to fine of up to £5,000 on summary conviction.
