Notice is hereby given that Spirit Pub Company (Leased)
Limited has applied in respect of Hallamshire Hotel, 182
West Street, Sheffield S1 4ET for an application to vary the
premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit
the following: To extend the hours when the premises is
open and the hours when the premises is permitted for the
sale of alcohol, provide recorded music and provide late
night refreshment by an hour on each day. The new hours
shall be as follows: Opening Hours; Sunday – Thursday
09:00 – 03:30 (currently 02:30 close), Friday – Saturday
09:00 – 04:30 (currently 03:30 close). Sale of Alcohol (on
& off sales); Recorded Music; Sunday – Thursday 10:00 –
03:00 (currently 02:00 finish), Friday – Saturday 10:00 –
04:00 (currently 03:00 finish). Late Night Refreshment;
Sunday – Thursday 23:00 – 03:00 (currently 02:00 finish),
Friday – Saturday 23:00 – 04:00 (currently 03:00 finish).
All other hours, activities and conditions are to remain
unchanged by this application. Representations to this
application must be made in writing, by the end of 4
February 2026, to the Sheffield City Council licensing
authority at Block C, Staniforth Road Depot, Sheffield, S9
3HD or via email to
licensingservice@sheffield.gov.uk.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with this application. Persons will
be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
