NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

Premises: McDonald’s, Unit R04 The Orchard Centre, Station Road, Didcot, Oxon, OX11 7LL

Notice is given that I & A Restaurants Ltd, T/as McDonald’s has applied to South Oxfordshire District Council for a variation to the Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003.

The proposed variation is:

Extension of current opening hours between 00:00–05:00, 7-days a week, for the purpose of deliveries only

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Team, South Oxfordshire District Council, Abbey House, Abbey Close, Abingdon, OX14 3JE or email to licensing@southoxon.gov.uk

Representations must be received by 05/02/2026

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited amount).
