APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for
a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned
legislation has been made by Sutton Community
Academy to East Lindsey District Council in
respect of premises known as Sutton Community
Academy, High Pavement, Sutton in Ashfield,
NG17 1EE. The licensable activities, which it is
proposed to carry on at the premises, Sale of
Alcohol Monday to Sunday 0800 to 2300hrs
(Within the areas of: The Cornerstone Theatre and
Bar area, The Princess Suite, Dining Rooms, Main
Sports Hall and Activity area only. Only at various
times when school pupils are not present and not
during school hours).
The record of the application may be inspected at
the offices of The Licensing Team, Ashfield District
Council, Urban Road, Kirkby-In-Ashfield, NG17
8DA, during normal office hours. Further

Representations concerning the application must
be made in writing to the council at
ashfield.gov.uk or by post to the above address no
later than: 04/02/25.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a
false statement in connection with an application
and on summary conviction would be liable to an
unlimited fine.
