WLDC has received the following applications for planning permission:
a) WL/2026/00004: Caistor: N Wood: co-op, 16 High St: install roof mounted photovoltaic array (affects right of way)
b) WL/2026/00015: Tealby: Mr J Glass: 7 Front St: single storey extensions.
c) WL/2026/00022: West Rasen: C Daniels: Land adj Holme Farm, Old Forge Lane: conversion of existing buildings to 6 dwellings with associated works. (planning app WL/2026/00021 also rec’d)
d) WL/2026/00024: Tealby: Ms K Bowing: 13 The Smooting: single storey rear extension (affects right of way)
