Notice is hereby given that Energyze Cafe Ltd has applied in respect of Bar 82, 16 Red Lion Yard, Colchester CO1 1DX for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for the sale of alcohol, regulated entertainment and provision of late-night refreshment Mondays to Sundays from 08.30 to midnight.

Representations to this application must be made in writing by 5 February 2026 to licensing.team@colchester.gov.uk or to the Licensing Authority, Colchester City Council, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG. The register of licensing applications can be inspected by prior appointment between 10am and 3pm Monday to Friday at the Council's offices at 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester or onlinehttp://www.colchester.gov.uk.

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is unlimited.
