What is proposed?

Application has been made by Marks & Spencer PLC to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Barnet to vary the Premises Licence for Marks & Spencer, 1430 High Road Whetstone, London N20 9BS. The application is: to change the internal layout of the premises as including an extension as per the drawing deposited with the Licensing Authority; vary the hours for the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises to 0700 to 2300 hours each day & for the 7 days before Christmas Day each year between 0600 to 0000 hours & to remove conditions at Annex 2 as specified in the application. A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 19th January 2026 (http://www.barnet.gov.uk/)

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
