Notice is given that Marcellas Ltd has applied to
Borough of Fylde Licensing Authority for a Grant of
a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.
The Licensable activities are: Supply of alcohol for
consumption off the premises only Monday to
Sunday 00.00 - 23.59.
Anyone who wishes to make representations
regarding this application must give notice in
writing to: Licensing Department, Fylde Borough
Council, Town Hall, Lytham St. Annes, Lancashire

Representations may be made for 28 consecutive
days from the date of this notice. The Application
Record and Register may be viewed between 9am
& 5pm Monday to Friday at the above address or

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing
Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application and
the maximum fine for which a person is liable on
summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5
on the standard scale (unlimited).
