Licensing Act 2003 Notice Of Application For A Premises Licence

An application for a Premises Licence has been made by Ms Dorcas Enstie to Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council in respect of premises known as Kotokuraba Restaurant and Bar which are situated at 30 Claremont Road, Smethwick B66 4JY 

The proposed application is as follows: Supply of Alcohol for On and Off Premises consumption: Mon-Sun (11:00-00:00) Late Night Refreshments: Mon-Sun (23:00-00:00) Live Music: Mon-Sun (11:00-00:00) Recorded Music: Mon-Sun (11:00-00:00) 

A record of the application may be inspected at General Licensing Team, Sandwell Council House, Freeth Street, Oldbury B69 3DE, during normal office hours Monday to Friday. 

Any representations by interested parties or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to: General Licensing Team, Place Directorate, Sandwell Council House, PO Box 2374, Oldbury B69 3DE or via email using licensing_Team@sandwell.gov.uk by: 20 January 2026 

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (unlimited) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
