LICENSING ACT 2003, NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE / CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE

Premises: Unit 2A, Metro Riverside Park, Gateshead NE11 9DJ

Notice is given that Padel Quarters Group LTD has applied to Gateshead Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.

The licensable activities applied for are: Sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises: Monday to Sunday, 11:00 to 23:00.

Provision of regulated entertainment, namely the playing of recorded music (indoors only): Monday to Sunday, 06:00 to 23:00.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Section, Gateshead Council, Civic Centre, Gateshead NE8 1HH.

Representations must be received no later than Monday 26th January 2026.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable on summary conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
