Notice to Creditors and Beneficiaries under Section 27 of the Trustee Act
1925

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Trustee of The Firth Rixson Pension Plan (the “Plan”) commenced winding-up the Plan on 19 August 2025.
Any creditor or beneficiary of the Plan or any other person who believes they have a claim against or interest in the Plan is requested to write to the Trustee of the Plan at the following address:

Claimants should provide full particulars of their claim (including their name, address, date of birth, National Insurance Number and, if applicable, when they worked for Firth Rixson Limited or Howmet Limited (or any associated company), together with any relevant supporting documentation) by 12 March 2026. Please quote the Plan name in all correspondence and, if you are not a member, please also state the capacity in which you are making a claim.
After this period, the Trustee will distribute the assets of the Plan and complete the winding-up the Plan, having regard only to the claims and interests of which it has prior notice. The Trustee shall not be liable to any person of whose claims and demands it has not had notice.
Any person who has been contacted by the Trustee at their current address or has already made a claim and received a response need not re-apply to the Trustee.
