Notice of application for a Premises Licence
Notice is hereby given that Shrewsbury & Newport Canal Trust has applied for the grant of a Premises Licence at Wappenshall Wharf , Wappenshall, Telford TF6 6DE to permit sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises, ancillary to the primary use of the premises as a café. Alcohol will be served to customers seated at tables and in conjunction with the provision of food. As stated in the application.

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so in writing to the Licensing Authority, clearly stating the grounds for the representation no later than (date).
The licensing authority is required under the Licensing Act 2003 (Hearings) Regulations 2005 to provide the applicant with full copies of any relevant representations that have been made.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, punishable on summary conviction by a maximum fine of £5,000.
