What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Marston's PLC to the
Licensing Authority of Mansfield District Council to vary
the Premises Licence for the Sir John Cockle at Sutton
Road, Mansfield, Notts, NG18 5EU. The application
includes the following terms:- 1. Variation to change the
internal and external layout of the premises as per the
drawing deposited with the Licensing Authority. 2. To vary
provision of live and recorded music internally on Friday
and Saturday until 01:00 hours and Sunday 00:00 hours. 3.
To permit externally films, live/recorded music until 23:00
hours. 4. To amend children's condition. 5. To remove
Christmas Day restriction. Full details of the Application
and the drawing can be viewed at the offices of the
Licensing Authority at Mansfield District Council, Civic
Centre, Chesterfield Road South, Mansfield,
Nottinghamshire, NG18 7BH. A responsible authority or
any other person can make written representations to the
Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 19th
January 2026 (

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make
a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
