What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Marston's PLC to the Licensing Authority
of Wolverhampton City Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Merry
Boys Inn at Willenhall Road, Wolverhampton. WV1 2JA. The application
includes the following terms:- 1. Variation to change the internal and
external layout of the premises as per the drawing deposited with the
Licensing Authority. 2. To amend children protection condition at Annex
2. 3. To permit licensable activities externally until 00:00 hours. Full details
of the Application and the drawing can be viewed at the offices of the
Licensing Authority at Wolverhampton City Council, Education &
Enterprise, Civic Centre, St. Peter`s Square, Wolverhampton, West
Midlands, WV1 1DA. A responsible authority or any other person can make
written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and
including 19th January 2026 (

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement
in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary
conviction is unlimited.
