What is proposed?
NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A
PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE
LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that an application was made to Sandwell
Metropolitan Borough Council for a Premises Licence under the
above Act on 28th December 2025 by Balbinder Singh at: The
Prince of Wales, 130 High Street, West Bromwich, B70 6JJ.
It is proposed that the following licensable activities will take
place from the premises: sale of alcohol by retail, live and
recorded music - 09:00 to 02:30; late night refreshment - 23:00
to 02:30 Monday to Sunday.

Any person, who wishes to make a representation, must do so

Representations to this application must be made in writing by
26th January 2026.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to
make a false statement in or in connection with this application.

summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
