Crediton Rugby Club Exhibition Road Crediton - Application for a Premises Licence
What is proposed?
Notice is hereby given that Crediton Rugby Football Club Commercial Limited has applied to Mid Devon District Council for the grant of a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 in respect of: Crediton Rugby Club Exhibition Road Crediton EX17 1EP.
The application seeks permission for the supply of alcohol for consumption
on the premises and the provision of regulated entertainment. Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to: Licensing Services Mid Devon District Council Phoenix House Phoenix Lane Tiverton Devon EX16 6PP
Representations must be received no later than 19th January 2026. It is an offence, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application.
A person who commits such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
